Australian Dog Trainers Academy The Academy was founded to meet a need for a dog trainer school, training dog trainers and every effort has been made to offer similar course outcomes regardless of where or how it is delivered. Courses may however vary slightly due to operational set-up. Course leader, Hans van Heesbeen, is a Certified Obedience Dog Trainer, and practising dog trainer through K9Coach Pty Ltd (see www.k9coach.com.au ) (and prior for 4 1/2 years the Victorian Master Franchise for a major international in-home behavioural dog training company). Hans also accredited with Cert IV AWT (Assessor and Workplace Trainer). A member and formerly secretary of the Australian Association of Professional Dog Trainers, Inc (please visit www.aapdt.org), and a member of Association of Pet Dog Trainers ( Australia ), Inc (please visit www.apdt.com.au) Hans deals with canine related matters on a daily basis.
