• In a way this course has helped me build up my confidence as I had to push myself to demonstrate in front of people several times. I found it a bit a struggle to learn so many things at once and be so fast paced, but at the same time I found the course extremely fun. Definitely a great way to spend my weekends. The small class is what I loved the most. Class mates were extremely helpful and supportive and we all had individual help and equal amount of attention. Heavy theory for the first 4 weeks but it was all worth it and put to use in the last 4 weeks. Plenty of opportunity to practise which helped build up my confidence. • I would like you to know what impressed me the most about you is your endless concern for the welfare of the dog, which I feel sadly is very much forgotten in the handling of dogs, so many dog trainers out there still believe in very cruel measures in order to train dogs, and it’s all about the handler looking good, which I feel personally goes against the grain of working with animals in the first place. Hans you certainly prove that there is no reason to be cruel to an animal in order to train it. • I have recently completed the Conduct Companion Animal Training Classes course with the Australian Dog Trainers Academy. Being of a short duration, this course offers a convenient and informative entry point into the field of dog training. There is a nice mix of theory and practical work and the food was great!!
